Bokaro Steel City College has always been sensitive to generating awareness towards gender related issues and has a strong commitment for preventing sexual harassment at workplace. In order to fulfill its commitment the college has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as an administrative measure as per the guidelines of Ministry of Education, Government of India, to prevent and deal with sexual harassment at workplace.
